Key Responsibilities:-
- Scaling the product to worldwide global sellers by optimizing/tuning the tech stack to reduce time to market and expand the product to multiple new regions in the next 2 years.
Maintaining self-healing systems to ensure streamlined operations for the tech team.
- Using reconfigurability of the system to enhance the adaptability of the product to changing compliance requirements and other cross-border nuances across different source-destination pairs.
- Maintaining global supply chain solutions to optimize inventory placement locations.
- Evolving the system towards our North Star. Our north star is to build a marketplace experience like a clear trip to provide cross-border logistics services for global sellers.
- You customize and tune critical parts of the tech stack towards moving towards the 3-year vision.
- You take ownership of launching new lanes and optimize the lane launch process.
- You deep dive into customer issues and work with multiple SDEs to identify the root cause and fix these issues.
- You own various tracks to ensure a high bar on OE.
- Your work contributes to maintaining a secure environment, protecting against fraud, and safeguarding Amazon’s reputation.

Skills & Qualifications:-
- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
|
